PickerEngine provides interactive, web-based "picker wheel" tools that help users make random selections for fun, games, education, and everyday decisions. The Service is offered free of charge and is intended for personal, educational, and non-commercial use.

All tools run primarily in your browser. Most data (like custom lists and spin history) is stored locally on your device using browser local storage — we do not store this data on our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

By using PickerEngine, you agree to:

• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Not use the Service to distribute harmful content, malware, or spam.

All content, design, code, and visual elements of PickerEngine (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are the property of PickerEngine or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

The emojis and icons used in our wheels are sourced from standard unicode and open-source libraries, and are used in accordance with their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PickerEngine is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any results or decisions generated by the Service will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your purposes.
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected.

You use the Service at your own risk. We encourage you to use your own judgment and not rely solely on the Service for important decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickerEngine and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any decisions made based on results from the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted through the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0, since it's free).

We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
